What to Expect
Healing is multi-dimensional, and that is why we focus on the energetic/spiritual, mental/psychological, and physical bodies both individually and collectively. A change in one will cascade through the others, and when all are in balance, profound transformations happen.
To begin, I like to have a consultation to see where you are with your health and set goals for where you would like to be. From this initial consultation, I can make recommendations that suit your time and budget.
Energy Healing Sessions ~
Please come in comfortable clothing and expect to be lying comfortably on a massage table for 60-90 minutes, depending on the session. For distance sessions, find a comfortable place in your house to rest. It is common to feel tingling sensations as energy moves throughout your body. All sessions are different, but it is common for people to fall asleep or enter a deeply meditative state during the session.
Each session is meant to promote the cleansing of the energetic/spiritual bodies. This can sometimes cause suppressed emotions to arise during or after a session. You will be equipped with tools to handle these situations as they come up.
Coaching ~
It is strongly recommended to combine healing sessions with coaching so that you can become a master of your own energetic body. Packages are available that are tailored to your needs, with ongoing support provided between sessions. This is your healing journey, and I am thrilled to guide you on your way.
During coaching sessions, you will begin to understand the psychology of what you are experiencing and develop tools to overcome any obstacles. You will be taught healing techniques such as tapping, breathing exercises, meditation, and visualizations that will streamline your healing experience. You are in control, and the amount of knowledge you want to obtain is up to you.
Many people miss the mark when it comes to understanding goals. While many strive for happiness, you will realize that there resides tremendous power in being the master of your mind and emotions. It is part of the human experience to feel all emotions, both good and bad, but you get to decide how much control these emotions have over you! Since we can’t stop ‘bad’ things from happening, we must gain the wisdom to decipher what our life is showing us and be able to process emotions in seconds instead of days, weeks, or even years.
