The Path of the Wounded Healer…

My journey as a healer has been shaped by profound challenges—each one an initiation, guiding me to deeper wisdom and a true understanding of healing. These weren’t just hardships; they were catalysts, leading me to uncover insights that now form the foundation of my practice.

From a young age, I’ve always been prone to uncontrollable giggles—non-stop, can’t breathe, belly-hurting laughter. For me, laughter has always been the best medicine, whether it’s crying until I laugh or laughing until I cry. It’s contagious and has carried me through the depths of despair and back to a place of thriving.

I was born with a free spirit, destined for something great—just not in a traditional sense. At four years old, I declared I would be a doctor, though I didn’t realize my path would lead me far from Western medicine. It took decades, countless battles, and more plot twists than a bad soap opera to find my way back to that original spark—the unfiltered, raw essence of my being.

Three decades later, I’ve rediscovered that spark—giggling, running, and skiing through the mountains. I navigated my trials, not chasing success, but simply trying to make it through one more day. The journey from surviving to thriving was one I had to endure to understand the complexities of life, spanning multiple layers of consciousness. I’ve suffered greatly to earn the wisdom I pass on to my clients. It brings me great joy to ease suffering in others and affirms my life’s purpose.

"There is no coming to consciousness without pain." — Carl Jung

We all have an anchor, and for me, it was athletics and the mountains. Beauty, tenacity, humility, and extraordinary precision lie within each. In this way, much of my teaching is analogous to athletics, as our mind, body, and spirit are all fractals of one another.

Looking back on my life, I am in awe. Every experience, every decision, was intentionally placed to lead me to this moment. No matter what trials you face, when you can look back and see the value, it all seems worth it. I can now view my trials through the lens of gratitude. It’s just like climbing a mountain—once you reach the top, all the pain and suffering seem to vanish.

"A shaman is forged in the fire of suffering, broken apart and reassembled with the wisdom of the unseen. Only through death—symbolic or real—can they be reborn into their true purpose." — Tom Cowan

While healing and deep spiritual insight might be elusive, refined intuitive guidance can help you stay on track. No matter what you’re suffering from or how outlandish your goals seem, transformation is possible.

I specialize in guiding individuals beyond surface-level healing, uncovering the deepest layers of emotional, physical, and spiritual blockages. My work transcends traditional methods—addressing patterns that span generations, past lives, and the subconscious mind. Healing is not limited to the present moment; it is an intricate web of energies, influences, and choices waiting to be unraveled.

With a highly attuned intuition, I see what others overlook. I navigate unseen realms with clarity, retrieving the wisdom needed to catalyze profound transformation. Whether it’s clearing energetic imprints, strengthening boundaries, or activating dormant potential, I guide clients through deep, lasting shifts.

True healing isn’t about chasing quick fixes; it’s a journey of integration, empowerment, and awakening. My mission is not just to facilitate healing but to help others reclaim their power, embody their highest selves, and walk their path with confidence and clarity.
